I’m a recent Bachelor of Commerce graduate (Business Information Systems) with hands-on experience spanning business analysis, portfolio administration, web development support, and digital solutions. I combine technical proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Python with practical support for day-to-day IT operations and process improvement—so data and systems translate into better decisions.

In my IT & Portfolio Management Assistant role, I partnered with the Head of IT to maintain core system operations, including monthly server backups and internal system maintenance supporting a team of about 40. I also supported portfolio management by maintaining records for three major client portfolios and performing weekly compliance checks, while streamlining office workflow through reliable administrative support. Beyond work, I’ve built strong communication and leadership through community involvement, including co-managing a charity’s social media and growing audience engagement by 60% over one year.
