I’m a results-driven Team Lead cum US IT Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end US staffing, team management, and client delivery. I focus on high-quality candidate pipelines, strong client communication, and closing niche technical and non-technical roles.

In my current role as Lead Recruiter – US IT Recruitment, I spearhead recruitment across BFSI, Real Estate, and Engineering, serving as the primary liaison between clients, Delivery Heads, and internal teams. I directly source, screen, and deliver candidates for roles spanning SAP, Salesforce/ERP/CRM, software development, cloud engineering, data, cybersecurity/SOC, and QA automation.

I’m adept at handling W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models while navigating visa classifications including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and TN. I manage complex negotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions.

I also lead recruitment performance by mentoring junior recruiters, improving sourcing strategies, and monitoring KPIs and SLAs to remove bottlenecks. I’ve earned recognition including “The outstanding Performer” (2022, 2023) and an “IT Recruitment Excellence Award” (2024).
