At Siemens Energy, I design and develop e-learning courses, animations, and video-based training. One highlight is a company-wide onboarding animation that simplifies the company’s technology for new colleagues.
I create storyboards, scripts, and interactive learning solutions, and test and document digital learning materials. I also manage the learning portfolio and update existing training materials.
At AGCO, I designed e-learning courses for digital solutions and HR topics, compiled the Budapest office’s annual training plan, and facilitated online and face-to-face training sessions.
At Impact Works, I supported and later facilitated in-person training and workshops, created learning materials, and coordinated delivery of classroom and online sessions. I’m also exploring AI and LLM-driven tools to support ideation, scenario drafting, and the creation of graphics, audio, and voice-overs.
