What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve HR systems and people operations through Workday, data quality, automation, compliance, and cross-functional partnership. I value roles where I can turn manual processes into reliable, auditable workflows and improve the employee experience.

I've supported Workday and people operations at Adobe, Rubrik, Rivian, OpenAI, and LinkedIn, improving HR data accuracy, employee support, reporting, and compliant workflows across complex organizations.

At LinkedIn, I lead automation initiatives for contingent workforce operations, including a process projected to save 3,200+ hours annually and a Copilot Cowork AI agent that automates MSP file audits and discrepancy reporting. At OpenAI and Rivian, I resolved HRIS issues, supported onboarding, built stakeholder reports, conducted data audits, and managed high-volume Tier II case resolution.

I'm experienced in Workday configuration, EIB uploads, security, business processes, release testing, SOX and SOC 2 audit support, and end-user training. I partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, vendors, and regional teams to turn manual work into reliable, auditable operations.
