At Konovo’s Apollo Intelligence / IRIS Platform, I build AI-powered production investigation tools and support more than 10 engineering teams across critical platform incidents.

I developed an investigation solution using Claude Sonnet API and JIRA MCP that turns ticket IDs into investigation reports with SQL queries, RCA insights, and resolution recommendations, reducing investigation time from 9 hours to 5 minutes. I also maintain engineering dashboards and a Master Command Center Portal that tracks SLA compliance, ticket trends, and closure rates.

Previously at HSR IT Solutions, I supported 31+ enterprise applications for Banking, E-Commerce, Retail, and HR Tech clients including Page Industries, Wondersoft, Tally, Ashirvad Pipes, and Shopper. I achieved 96% SLA compliance while handling product support, Zoho analysis, and macro development concurrently.

I enjoy turning repetitive operational work into practical automation, from Excel VBA stock-audit workflows to AI log analysis, incident analytics, and internal Gen AI platforms. My work combines SQL investigation, cloud troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements that make production support faster and more reliable.
