I’ve spent 22+ years working across networking, project management, consulting, and implementation—covering everything from LAN/WAN design and maintenance to server installation, software deployment, and troubleshooting.
In recent freelance work as a System Administrator, I’ve handled Microsoft Dynamics GP (ERP), Lynx (Procurement), Pathways (Quantity Survey), MFiles (document archiving), Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Lotus Notes mail, alongside Hyper-V, SonicWALL devices, VPN, and firewalls.
Before that, I supported infrastructure consulting for small and medium enterprises under the Kerala State Government, and at UST Global I worked as a Senior Security Engineer for Levi Strauss and as an Infrastructure/Associate Infrastructure Engineer for HR Block—handling ticketing in Service-Now, platform/security portal responsibilities, and TCX application migration, patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting.
I also built deep Microsoft and Linux operations experience through roles like Network Administrator and Systems Administrator—covering Active Directory design and administration, DHCP/DNS/ RRAS, Exchange/SharePoint, Web/FTP services, and Red Hat Linux administration with Linux network troubleshooting and server operations.
