At Ail Tech Contracting WLL, I engineered and deployed IT infrastructure across 15+ active construction project sites, supporting more than 100 users. I standardized site environments with servers, networks, firewalls, and endpoint systems to support project mobilization.
I secured site-to-HQ access with SonicWall VPN and network segmentation, and configured Windows Server services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. I also administered Hyper-V environments and Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
I developed a private cloud solution with Nextcloud, first hosted on AWS and later on an Ubuntu VM, for centralized file storage, remote access, backups, and collaboration. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the platform supported remote work and business continuity.
Earlier, at Utility Tech International WLL and RITSnet, I administered infrastructure and provided technical support across business and client environments in Qatar and India. My work included network security, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, and support for systems such as Aconex and Huawei IP PBX.
