I designed and built a workforce dashboard that tracks attendance, absenteeism, shift coverage, and task completion, giving managers real-time visibility into staffing availability. I also consolidated and cleaned 10,000+ workforce records to identify patterns that support staffing decisions.
During my remote internship at IBM, I worked on customer churn analysis and sales forecasting using Excel, SQL, Python, and IBM Watson Studio. I developed predictive models and built dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to surface operational trends and KPIs.
