I'd like to build Vana's global community, ambassador program and AMAs.

At Gonka.ai, I grew the Discord from 200 to 15,000+ members in six months as the sole community hire, using structured programming rather than paid growth.

I produced and hosted 40+ live events with the AI founders and lead developers, giving members direct access to the people building the product. I also built community infrastructure from scratch, including onboarding, ambassador programmes, moderation frameworks and retention analytics.

I co-launched AI Drop, a free-inference offer for developers. In its first 10 days, daily Discord joins roughly doubled and three-day newcomer activation roughly tripled.

At Trezor (SatoshiLabs), I produced 10+ global conferences and product launches, including the Trezor Safe 7 launch and ETHCC Cannes. Earlier, I worked in Trezor's community and support teams, and produced commercial B2B conferences at Vonlanthen Group of Companies.
