I'm Deputy Director at Moldova's Public Services Agency, following a four-year mandate as a Member of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova focused on legislative delivery, governance oversight, and national policy reform.
In Parliament, I worked with cross-functional stakeholders to advance strategic priorities, strengthen institutional performance, and support democratic resilience, regulatory modernization, and alignment with European governance standards.
Before public office, I founded Noxx Agency and Pandametrix, co-founded Lead.md and Moldova Maps, and led projects and products across digital services, communications, design, and venture development.
I've also advised the Prime Minister's Office and Government of Moldova on identifying, implementing, and communicating policy priorities and reforms connected to the EU Association Agreement.
