I'm developing Nice Connect IA, a SaaS CRM and automation platform for contact management, customer service, marketing campaigns, scheduling, and commercial indicators.

I work across requirements analysis, business rules, interface planning, front-end and back-end implementation, REST API development, and external integrations. I use React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Artificial Intelligence and WhatsApp APIs.

For my academic final project, I built an accessible accommodation booking web application with authentication, booking rules, MySQL, Sequelize, and deployment through Render.

At Prepara Cursos, I provide IT support for computers, networks, servers, and information systems while helping students learn programming and Power BI. I enjoy translating technical concepts for different audiences, solving functional issues, and keeping development work organized through Git, GitHub, Trello, and Kanban workflows.
