I’m a communication and public relations professional with experience across customer service, digital content creation, and English teaching. My work is grounded in active listening, clarity in communication, and adaptation to the client’s profile, supported by fluent English (C1).

Since 2015, I’ve developed and managed personal branding in the digital environment through YouTube. I focus on content production that drives engagement, persuasion, and storytelling, while maintaining direct communication with my audience through comments, messages, and community.

I constantly analyze audience feedback to adjust my approach and content, and I apply the same clarity and service focus in education. As a Partner/Co-creator of Sperry Method, I help create an accessible, engaging English-learning project by clearly communicating the service/product value.

I also strengthen my communication toolkit through performance and teaching support—developing oratory, improvisation, and audience reading as an actor, and providing educational support as a higher education intern. In customer-facing roles like an attendant, I deliver direct customer service, recommend products, and resolve demands to build loyalty.
