Victor Pagnotti
@victorpagnotti
Atmospheric scientist specializing in data visualization, renewable energy analysis, and field research.
What I'm looking for
I am an atmospheric scientist with hands-on experience in field data collection, geospatial visualization, and statistical analysis, with graduate research focused on energy demand, grid resiliency, and renewable resource potential for the NYC metro and Hudson Valley. I have supported NASA-IMPACTS campaigns, led sediment-core paleoclimate research, and completed internships funded by Brookhaven National Laboratory.
My work combines laboratory and field observation skills with Python and Linux-based data processing to produce actionable insights for climate resilience and renewable energy planning. I prioritize rigorous methods, clear presentation of results, and collaborative research that informs practical, sustainable solutions.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Conducted graduate-level research on energy demand, renewable resource potential, and grid resiliency for the NYC metro and Hudson Valley, combining modeling and observational analysis under BNL and UAlbany advisors (Aug 2023–Aug 2024).
