What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive team where I can apply my communication, organization, and IEP/learning-support experience to help students thrive, collaborate with educators, and contribute to a safe, structured environment.

I’m an adaptable and reliable professional with experience working across diverse teams and environments. I’m a strong communicator who stays organized, manages priorities, and delivers consistent results in remote and fast-paced settings. I bring a strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability to every classroom and customer-facing role.

Most recently, I’ve supported student learning and wellbeing through roles including Paraprofessional Specialized Services and Para Educator. I assist teachers with academic and behavioral support plans, emphasize instruction for students with learning disabilities and language/communication challenges, and collaborate to implement IEPs and individualized programs. I conduct, monitor, and supervise student centers, accompany students into mainstream classes, and make observations while collecting data to inform lesson planning.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened customer-service excellence and operational reliability. As a Customer Service Representative, I communicated clearly and professionally with patients and providers, handled high call volumes, and used multi-line phone systems and EHR/scheduling software to route and resolve routine issues. I also supported early English language acquisition as an English Language Assistant by facilitating interactive, age-appropriate curriculum delivery in a multicultural setting.
