What I'm looking for

I seek a supportive school environment where I can advance special education skills, collaborate with teachers, and help students build independence.

I am a dedicated special education teacher aide with hands-on experience supporting students, implementing lesson plans, and assisting permanent teachers across multiple Crowley ISD campuses. I prioritize creating positive, calm learning environments that help students develop academically and socially.

I have experience with classroom support, behavior monitoring, parent communication, paperwork management, and following individualized minutes and goals to ensure student progress. My background includes roles as a teacher aide, substitute teacher, and cafeteria monitor, demonstrating adaptability and strong organizational skills.

I bring empathy, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach to every classroom. I aim to facilitate student independence and potential while collaborating with teachers and staff to maintain high standards of safety and learning.
