I provide trauma-informed therapy for children, families, and community clients, integrating EMDR and movement-based practices.
What I'm looking for
I'm a Clinical Therapist at Family Care Center, providing child and trauma therapy with a professional focus on EMDR and movement- and yoga-informed approaches.
Before joining Family Care Center, I progressed from intern and Family Support Specialist to Counselor II and Counselor III at STARRY. I managed caseloads of up to 45 clients, maintained ethical documentation, and supported community-based counseling for children and families.
As Counselor III, I oversaw clinical documentation and practice for Family Support Specialist interns while helping establish practices for a Community Counseling Program. My work includes coordinating releases of information and documentation involving schools, CPS, CASA advocates, lawyers, inpatient mental health services, and primary care physicians.
I've also taught yoga across Central Texas, including university, healthcare, wellness, and community settings. I bring experience in mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, CPR/First Aid/AED instruction, and supporting people with accessible, encouraging practices.
