What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a therapy role where I can lead coordinated care, support families and youth, and deliver strong inpatient and telehealth counseling with excellent documentation and collaboration.

I’m a Lead Therapist providing Adult Inpatient therapy and case management, as well as Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization therapy. I also lead Family Therapy and support clinical quality through staff management and auditing patient charts.

In my Clinical Therapist role at Next STEPS Worldwide, I delivered individual telehealth and in-person counseling for ages 5–56, along with parent training and couples counseling. I strengthened care coordination by documenting sessions and collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, dieticians, and treatment facilities.

My training includes student counseling at the Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas, where I provided individual grief counseling, facilitated grief support groups, and supported caregivers through consultations. I also worked in the IKARE Mood, Trauma, and Recover Clinic, coordinating treatment teams, managing documentation and diagnoses, and communicating with new referrals to establish care.
