What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can advance evidence-based mental health care—supervise clinical teams, improve program metrics and throughput, and strengthen crisis and telehealth delivery while collaborating with community and state partners.

I’m a Clinical Manager at Catholic Charities Atlanta, where I helped redesign a Mental Health Clinic to shift from a supportive therapy model to an Evidence Based Treatment model. I supervise licensed and associate licensed clinicians, oversee student interns, and design and implement new programming to improve program metrics and throughput. I also collaborate with community stakeholders to strengthen services.

Alongside clinical leadership, I serve as an Adjunct Professor of Social Work at Valdosta State University, teaching in a distance learning and hybrid format for the ASWB approved Social Work Program. I provide instruction in the Master of Social Work program, create course content for web-based delivery, design syllabi, and maintain weekly office hours via Teams and in person. I’ve taught Psychopathology, Substance Use, and Behavioral Health.

Previously, as Mobile Crisis Regional Manager at Behavioral Health Link, I supervised a team of 50 clinicians handling mental health, IDD, and Substance Abuse-related community crises. I created and oversaw a Statewide Centralized Telehealth Response Team using Teams and Zoom with a hybrid model to better serve rural and high volume/low staffed communities. I also completed monthly reporting to DBHDD, coordinated quarterly regional case reviews, and worked closely with Georgia Crisis and Access Line and DBHDD to meet state contracted goals.
