What I'm looking for

I seek leadership or senior clinical roles where I can supervise clinicians, develop evidence-based programs, and support recovery-focused care for trauma and justice-involved populations.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience providing direct therapy and leading clinical programs for individuals, families, and justice-involved populations. I use evidence-based approaches—CBT, MI, DBT, and trauma-informed care—to achieve measurable client outcomes.

As a Clinical Director, I provide clinical supervision, develop and oversee treatment programs, and ensure high-quality intake, assessment, and documentation processes. I have led partial hospitalization curricula, facilitated group and individual therapy in correctional settings, and represented clients in recovery court contexts.
