I have training in telehealth nursing, HIPAA compliance, patient communication, appointment scheduling, email and calendar management, and healthcare administrative support.

My nursing background gives me an understanding of patient needs and healthcare workflows, while my virtual healthcare training equips me to support healthcare professionals and patients remotely. I can assist with telehealth coordination, appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, communication, email and calendar organization, and administrative support, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

I am also developing my expertise in healthcare AI and automation, with an interest in helping healthcare teams streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve the patient experience.
