At Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, I developed a network monitoring solution for 20,000+ devices, integrating VPN logs, MongoDB, and Kafka into a real-time observability system that reduced incident response time.

I also authored operational runbooks and incident response procedures, and deployed automated CVE scanning with Trivy and Kubernetes CronJobs. The pipeline aggregates vulnerability data from multiple clusters into TimescaleDB for centralized reporting.

As a Cloud Engineering Apprentice at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, I implemented an observability platform with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Jaeger, and Prometheus across 30+ microservices. I also implemented a CI/CD pipeline for vulnerability scanning across over 200 container images monthly.

My work there also included RESTful APIs for network data analysis and a full-stack Wi-Fi monitoring solution. During my Software Development Internship at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, I developed an AI-powered support chatbot and an NLP pipeline for technical documents.
