What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a DevOps/cloud integration role where I can deliver high-availability platforms, automate deployments (Ansible/CI-CD), and use Prometheus/Grafana monitoring to prevent incidents and improve production reliability.

I’m a DevOps Integration and Validation Engineer focused on building and validating reliable cloud platforms. At SOFRECOM TUNISIA – ORANGE INNOVATION TOULOUSE, I supported VaaS (Voice as a Service) deployments across OpenStack/VMware environments, ensuring stability, performance, and high availability.

I manage Linux (Red Hat) virtual machines, integrate telecom and system services (SIP/VoIP, NTP, SMTP), and work with automation teams using Ansible for provisioning and deployment. I deliver end-to-end lifecycle management (deployment → integration → validation → production release) and provide Level 3 (L3) post-production support through advanced troubleshooting and log analysis.

In parallel, I worked on cloud modernization for a web-based e-learning platform on AWS, designing secure, scalable architecture and implementing CI/CD pipelines. I also bring container orchestration experience from internships (Apache Mesos/Marathon, Kubernetes, Docker) and multi-cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP/Alibaba Cloud), with strong observability using Prometheus and Grafana (plus Alertmanager) and ongoing readiness through certifications like CKA and RHCSA.
