At Brigado, I provide infrastructure, identity, security, and end-user support across multiple sites. I manage endpoints with NinjaOne and Intune, and use PowerShell scripts and scheduled tasks for reporting and software deployment.

I set up automated reboot schedules for restaurant POS terminals that were freezing. I also restricted a shared Microsoft 365 account to one designated device using Local Group Policy and a PowerShell script deployed through NinjaOne.

I’ve resolved DMARC and DKIM issues, investigated suspected spam and phishing, and carried out tenant reviews, security audits, and compliance reporting. Earlier, at Exclusive Networks Asia, I deployed enterprise security infrastructure and delivered technical assessments and implementation projects for clients in finance, retail, and manufacturing.
