At PT BELAWAN NEW CONTAINER TERMINAL, I maintain the systems and security that support the terminal’s production operations. I configured IEC 62443 network segmentation between enterprise IT and industrial OT systems, and migrated Cisco ASA devices to high-availability FortiGate firewalls.
I work with the Head Office SOC through FortiSOAR to investigate and resolve daily security alerts. I also forward on-premise syslogs to Microsoft Sentinel and support endpoint isolation, firewall blocks, and root-cause fixes.
To strengthen endpoint and data protection, I onboarded and standardized 100–140 corporate devices on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and ManageEngine. I also manage backup pipelines across production instances and Oracle Database appliances, with immutable offsite replication to Wasabi Cloud Storage.
Previously, I administered network and server infrastructure at PT PRIMA TERMINAL PETIKEMAS and supported government IT infrastructure for DISKOMINFO SUMUT & DPMPTSP. My work has included VMware and Proxmox virtualization, industrial and enterprise networking, and resolving cybersecurity audit findings toward ISO 27001 readiness.
