At Chania Tax, I work on BI, automation and advisory projects across accounting, tax and corporate work. I adapted the ACCA client acceptance and risk-assessment framework to Greek legislation and local business requirements, and set up Power Automate reporting workflows.

At Daskalakis-Xyda Medical IKE, I reorganised clinical workflows supporting more than 200 cases per month and introduced reporting that accompanied 13% revenue growth in one year. Earlier, at Palladion Rehabilitation Center (Triton Act Group), I managed a EUR 15m investment programme and improved cost and reimbursement controls.
