I’m a Frontend Architect and Technical Leader with over 25 years of experience designing and scaling high-performance digital platforms across enterprise, e-commerce, and mission-critical environments. I specialize in frontend architecture, composable platform design, and technical governance—setting patterns, standards, and tooling so distributed teams deliver consistent, maintainable, and performant systems.

My work sits at the intersection of architecture, Developer Experience (DevEx), and design systems. At Nexthink, I owned frontend architecture and delivery, defining governance and CI/CD pipelines and improving Core Web Vitals and stability metrics by 25%; at EUROCONTROL, I led technical governance and modernization for aviation-critical interfaces, including a continuous delivery model that reduced deployment friction by 40%; and at Carlsberg, I led a global frontend ecosystem, architecting the Malty Design System and strengthening accessibility and compliance frameworks across platforms.

I’m also deeply product- and quality-driven: I build accessible, SEO-conscious component systems, mentor teams through technical coaching and governance, and create “communities of practice” to unify standards across organizations.
