I also co-built a meeting-intelligence product from ideation to MVP, writing its PRD and partnering with engineering on feature specifications and implementation.

At Ritumbhara Hotels & Resorts, I co-built a WhatsApp AI concierge and analyzed guest conversations to shape its workflows and contextual memory.
