I've taken StudioAI, an AI marketing operating system for D2C teams, from 30+ discovery interviews to a live MVP. I owned discovery, MVP scope, PRDs, user journeys, prioritisation, roadmap decisions and GTM.
I launched with 3–4 companies and 10+ beta users, increasing D7 retention from 25% to 60% through iteration. I also modelled inference costs against subscription pricing and made the shutdown call when unit economics failed.
Alongside product work, I've built growth and analytics systems for 30+ businesses, led a 5–6 person cross-functional team, and developed Python dashboards that reduced reporting time from three hours to 30 minutes per client.
