I build backend systems for B2B products, including leading FastAPI/Python development of a Slack product for Hiver’s support platform, with in-channel ticketing and automation.
At Porter, I developed the Partner Penalty application in Java, created the Waiting Time feature for additional driver income, and launched a new vehicle category with its serviceability, allocation, and fare system.
I’ve also worked on large-scale logistics platforms at Shiprocket, from an in-house warehouse and delivery solution with Python/Django/MySQL to integrating courier services across India to the US, UK, and EU.
Earlier, I developed a ticket management system for Vodafone Netherlands at TCS and built REST APIs for an analytics dashboard with MTN South Africa, plus internship work on a Ticket Confirmation use case in C# and .NET.
