What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Virtual Assistant opportunity where I can use my administrative, coordination, and organizational skills to support efficient day-to-day operations.

At St. Vincent General Hospital, I screened applicants, conducted initial interviews, and coordinated interviews with applicants, hiring managers, and department heads. I also supported onboarding by preparing requirements and tracking completed and pending forms.

I maintained HR trackers and organized employee records, interview schedules, and compliance documents. I also handled employee email inquiries and phone calls, escalating concerns when needed.

During my internship at Grace Free Drug Rehabilitation Facility Inc., I conducted intake interviews under licensed professionals’ supervision and prepared case notes and progress reports. I handled sensitive client information confidentially.

I’m a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Certified Human Resource Associate credential. I’m seeking a Virtual Assistant opportunity where I can support day-to-day operations with administrative and coordination skills.
