At Laminar Projects, I’m the planning lead for a principal integration workstream within Rolls Royce Small Modular Reactors, the UK’s first Small Modular Reactors programme. I authored a planning strategy with RASCI matrices and co-developed a mitigation and schedule interrogation process that compressed design delivery timeframes by 40% without reducing scope or activity durations.
I lead planning impact assessments for major design changes, including what-if scenarios and integrated schedules with dependencies, costs and resources. My resource analysis supported approval for more than 60% growth in the design team, and I contribute to governance and future planning with a team of L4 planners.
At Mott MacDonald, I worked across infrastructure and construction projects including the M25 Improvement, Heathrow Expansion Programme, HS2 feasibility work and DEFRA projects. On the DEFRA Relocation Project, I established a structured change control process that delivered more than £2m in cost optimisation.
I also co-founded Your Locals Recordings, a music and event production initiative creating opportunities for emerging talent. I built a not-for-profit proof-of-concept programme in Newham and managed event logistics, suppliers, finances and live delivery.
