At Jacobs, I delivered 750,000+ hours of productivity savings, valued at £21M+, through automation tools developed on Autodesk and Bentley platforms. I was programme and operations lead for a £5.5M-per-annum global digital deployment programme.
I owned financial management, benefits realisation, and KPI/OKR reporting for the programme. I also produced business cases that secured more than £1M in additional capital funding for future tool automation.
In Jacobs' national security work, I led sensitive digital transformation deployments introducing new IT systems. I managed a team of seven and reported programme progress, risks, and financial position to director-level stakeholders.
Earlier at Jacobs, I planned and resourced MOD contract growth from 250 to over 900 FTE. At Babcock International, I managed MOD projects, including work on £250m+ Category A programmes such as the Reactor Control and Instrumentation update.
