At Columbia College, I taught communication courses including Introduction to Communication, Intercultural Communication, and Qualitative Methods in Communication Studies. My work there also included extensive online teaching, online curriculum development, and evaluation of learning outcomes.
My research and editorial work spans human-computer interaction, interaction design, and communication. I co-edited Interactive Sports Technologies and published research on topics including online religious symbolism and visual cognition.
At Simon Fraser University, I contributed to research and course development projects in teaching and learning, including work on blended instruction and communication design. I also coordinated the Cambridge Curriculum at Gokkusagi Koleji – Atasehir.
