Vernice Ollano

I’m a Human Performance Operational Suitability Analyst and licensed, certified Athletic Trainer, bringing a human-factors lens to performance metrics. Most recently, I analyzed tactics, techniques, and procedures with a focus on human factors and operational suitability.

At my most recent role with Intelligent Waves LLC, I operationally tested equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedures to assess physical fitness, cognitive performance, and overall well-being of USAF personnel. I also managed multiple concurrent projects with diverse companies and government entities across the United States, delivering data-driven analyses through presentations and briefings to leadership.

Before that, I built deep clinical experience at Dignity Health, providing immediate care, rehabilitation, therapy, and injury prevention for student athletes, and coordinating with physical therapists, neuropsychologists, and orthopedic doctors. Earlier, as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, I delivered classroom instruction in athletic training courses and translated research into practical insights through educational content for a podcast.
