I seek a role that fosters athlete wellness, promotes teamwork, and encourages personal growth.

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated athletic trainer with a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Southern Methodist University. My journey in sports medicine has equipped me with the skills to provide comprehensive care to diverse populations, including adolescent, collegiate, and professional athletes. I am driven by a passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential through physical, emotional, and mental wellness.

Currently, I serve as an Associate Athletic Trainer for the Equestrian team and as an Athletic Trainer for NBA referees. In these roles, I provide preventative and therapeutic care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and promote mental health awareness within sports. My experience also includes developing individualized rehabilitation programs and leading wellness initiatives that connect the mind, body, and spirit.

With a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork, I have contributed to championship-winning teams and have presented on the importance of mental wellness in sports. I am committed to fostering a positive environment for athletes and ensuring their well-being both on and off the field.
