What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply wearable-data analysis, exercise physiology, and performance reporting to improve training outcomes, readiness, recovery, and injury-risk decision-making.

I founded Fitness Deconstructed, where I deliver data-driven human performance, workload, and recovery analysis that helps clients improve training outcomes. I architect systems that integrate wearable heart-rate, workload, and recovery data into readiness and injury-risk frameworks.

At Life Fitness, I owned a $10M Northern California territory sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting and forecasting through closing and optimization. Previously at Myzone, I analyzed wearable-derived performance data, built reporting tools, and co-developed certification curriculum for a global trainer network.

I've led education, certification, and performance-training programs across Team ICG, Dyaco International, NAFC, and Active Wellness. My work translates exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports science into practical coaching, reporting, and training systems.
