I’m an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer and Solution Architect with 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across healthcare, automotive, retail, financial services, and airline industries. I bring deep hands-on expertise across the full AEP stack—from XDM schema design and governance to datasets, dataflows, profile configurations, identity resolution, Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), and AEP Query Service.

I love turning marketing and measurement requirements into production-ready technical designs. I’ve designed Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journeys, message templates, and channel configurations for email, push, and SMS—creating audiences and activation logic for lifecycle, churn prevention, and propensity-based use cases. In the field, that work has supported 1.2M+ member outreach and 40+ active segment activations for marketing measurement and downstream data use.

I’m equally focused on scalable data engineering and reliability. I build and automate batch and streaming AEP ingestion pipelines using Python, REST/SOAP/HTTP APIs, and cloud services spanning GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer), AWS (S3, Glue, Kinesis), and Azure. I’ve processed millions of records with high reliability, and I’ve created automation frameworks that reduced manual setup time by 70% and shortened delivery from weeks to days.

My work is driven by enterprise compliance and strong collaboration. I ensure HIPAA/GDPR/CCPA readiness through PHI/PII handling, DULE policy enforcement, consent management via OneTrust, and audit-controlled access. I also lead cross-functional delivery, author user documentation and training materials, and mentor engineers—so teams can confidently run, evolve, and extend AEP/AJO capabilities.
