At a Belgium-headquartered biopharmaceutical R&D company, I led implementation of an enterprise data governance framework across GxP-regulated R&D operations. I authored the Data Governance Policy, identified 32 Critical Data Elements across three business functions, and helped transition the governance function into a permanent client-run capability.
At Cognizant, I currently lead enterprise data retention modernisation in Collibra, including the schedule and operating model. My earlier life sciences work covered a medical devices BI platform delivering 62 KPIs across 17 European countries, pharmaceutical commercial analytics, and a pharma market-trend data mart; I also contributed to Cognizant’s Responsible AI governance framework.
