What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my hands-on operations and team-coordination experience to a Warehouse Operations role.

At Whizzy Logistics Technologies, I manage day-to-day client operations for Zepto’s quick-commerce warehouse and dark-store network, keeping SLA and TAT adherence in view. I track rider and fleet productivity data to flag delays and support corrective action.

I build and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards for daily operational decisions, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve bottlenecks.

Previously, I supported warehouse hiring and onboarding at Bigbasket, and handled Zepto operations at Whizzy Logistics Technologies. I also created process improvements and trained new team members on client processes, SOPs, and documentation.
