At Zepto, I lead end-to-end First Mile operations across 87 stores in Gurgaon and Faridabad, from order allocation through dispatch. I improved FMP80 to under four minutes, reduced defects to 1.77%, and delivered 140+ IPP.

I've built operational discipline across darkstores, inventory, workforce planning, shift scheduling, SLA governance, and root-cause correction. I work closely with Inventory, Supply Chain, Category, Procurement, HR, Technology, Central Operations, and Business teams to remove bottlenecks and improve productivity.

At Snapdeal, I managed First Mile, Last Mile, and pan-India 3PL operations, partnering with Ekart, Shadowfax, Delhivery, ATS, Blue Dart, and Ecom. I used SQL analysis for pincode, load-shifting, fake-order, RTO, and misroute decisions.

My experience also includes leading Delhi and Gurgaon operations at Dunzo, launching and running 11 Blinkit stores, and managing service and parts operations at Ashok Leyland, Maruti Suzuki, and Hyundai.
