I’m looking to lead high-performing Agile delivery teams, strengthen planning and risk management, and use AI-driven productivity to improve throughput. I want to coach stakeholders, standardize delivery governance, and deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.

I’m a Senior Scrum Master & Project Manager at Infosys, leading multiple cross-functional Agile teams to deliver products and projects aligned with business objectives. I drive end-to-end execution—planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and release coordination—while facilitating core Agile ceremonies to keep delivery on track.

With 11+ years of experience, I’ve led teams of 20–70+ to deliver enterprise initiatives on schedule and improved sprint predictability from ~08 to over 08 through stronger backlog refinement and dependency management. I also standardize Agile delivery processes, build real-time visibility dashboards in Azure DevOps, coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and apply Generative AI (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate user story drafting, release notes, and planning—while promoting responsible AI with governance and compliance.
