What I'm looking for

I want to pursue a challenging job by interpreting my skills for the company, using my vision to beat my own benchmark, and grow along with the organization—especially in an environment where TAT/SLA, quality, and compliance matter.

I work as an Analyst in background screening, where my primary KRA is to mitigate risk through initiating background screening and ensuring employees and candidates are compliant with the various checks conducted. I manage background verification and compliance operations in HR Shared Services (HRSS), including initiating B.G.C via an online verification portal.

I handle mandatory document collection and scanning, uploading employee files (BGC Report, Joining Report, Service Agreement) on the Oracle-based Employee File Management Systems (EFMS), and I ensure TAT is always met. I track SLA, follow up for closure within turnaround time, and provide regular updates for fraud investigations while coordinating with clients and internal SPOCs.
