I’m a dedicated Contact Centre Solutions Developer with around 2.5 years of IT experience and relevant 2.5 years in Sprinklr, focused on designing, developing, and implementing solutions that improve customer experience and agent productivity. I translate complex business requirements into efficient technical workflows, especially in the banking and financial services context.

In my work, I deliver end-to-end IVR and call flow development—building and configuring IVR flows, prompts, and routing logic to streamline customer interactions and reduce call handling time. I also work across Sprinklr Administration and Implementations, including governance and unified routing, plus post-production monitoring and troubleshooting with cross-team collaboration.

I’ve built secure, customer-facing banking modules in Sprinklr, including customer authentication, input masking aligned to PCI DSS expectations, disposition/ACW tracking, and routing schedules for business hours and holidays. I’ve also supported brand work such as Loreal Live Chat with Conversational AI and DAM, including creating assets, canned responses, and chatbot content for a consistent omnichannel experience.
