@veerchopra
I help customers navigate complex processes and achieve successful outcomes.
United KingdomWhat I'm looking for
I'm currently a Property Consultant at Shaws of London, managing the end-to-end customer journey for landlords and tenants.
From initial enquiries and onboarding through negotiations, compliance, move-in, and long-term relationship management, I help customers navigate complex processes with confidence.
I've also supported business development at Different Design by prospecting and qualifying opportunities through outreach and client engagement. Working in fast-paced environments has strengthened my communication, proactive problem-solving, and ability to manage competing priorities.
I'm now transitioning into Customer Success in AI and SaaS, where I can help customers adopt innovative products while improving processes and productivity.
