At Syook, I supported data center infrastructure operations, helping maintain server and network availability. I troubleshot LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues and supported server, rack, and hardware activities.

I managed IT asset lifecycle operations, including tagging, inventory tracking, and documentation. I also worked with BLE-based asset tracking systems to improve visibility and accuracy of infrastructure and assets.

I maintained system logs and operational dashboards for infrastructure monitoring and incident tracking, following SOP-driven workflows and supporting audit-ready records.

In a deployment automation project, I provisioned AWS EC2 instances and configured Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible. I connected GitHub webhooks to Jenkins for automated builds and deployed a custom web application in Docker containers using Nginx.
