At Encora Innovation Labs, I build backend systems and improve production reliability. I developed Kafka consumer services for ordered, idempotent profile updates, and introduced CloudWatch observability that reduced incident resolution time by about 25%.
I also built AmigosNest, a local-first AI learning platform that turns parent-provided educational material into grounded lessons, quizzes, and guided Q&A. Its RAG pipeline combines document ingestion, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and local LLM inference with Ollama.
Earlier, I developed APIs and real-time asset tracking for Hyperview’s data center infrastructure management solution, and built graph-based threat modeling capabilities at ThreatModeler Software Inc. My work has also included Hadoop research processing and C# service-oriented applications.
