At Eightfold.ai, I designed and owned the runtime entity architecture for a metadata-driven talent platform, now supporting 100+ entity types for 200+ customers. I also built customer-facing REST APIs serving 1M requests a day.

I built an LLM configuration agent using tool calling and agentic RAG over customer schemas and configuration documents. It cut solution turnaround from three days to one hour and now resolves 40% of configuration queries.

At Nutanix, I collaborated on cross-availability-zone security policy replication and scaled a visualization backend to stream 1M+ data points over WebSockets. I also prototyped eBPF-based anomaly blocking and FlowAnywhere for Flow Network Security.
