At SARASWAT BANK ERSTWHILENEW INDIA CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD, I handle KYC verification and processes for retail and corporate customers, following regulatory standards.

I support Central Processing Center operations through documentation and back-office processing. My work includes scrutinizing onboarding documents, processing CKYC, and uploading records in Omni Doc’s.

I also work with banking products including fixed deposits, savings accounts, and current account openings. I handle Aadhaar seeding and deseeding, NACH mandate acceptance and rejection, and internet and mobile banking portals.

Previously, I worked as a Payment Executive at M/S Carol Petroleum PVT LTD, following up periodically with debtors for collection. I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies degree and certificates in Advanced Tally, Event Management, and Human Resources Management.
