What I'm looking for

I'm looking for ITSM or ServiceNow-focused Business Analyst opportunities where I can translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT and drive practical process improvements.

At TCS, I lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, process flows, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. I work with Product Owners and 20+ stakeholders to refine backlogs, align solutions and support 10–15 enhancement initiatives each year.

I coordinate Agile ceremonies, requirement walkthroughs and UAT across business, development and QA teams. My work includes traceability, impact analysis, defect tracking, business sign-offs and process-improvement requirements, supported by Generative AI and prompt engineering for documentation productivity.

I bring 19+ years of IT experience across ITSM, application support and telecom operations, including approximately five years of ServiceNow administration-level exposure. I’ve built a strong foundation in ITIL, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Major Incident, SLA and Knowledge Management.
