I'm currently supporting Tata Steel’s Marketing and Sales functions at TCS, connecting business users, automation developers, technical teams, and support teams across applications and BOT processes.

I gather requirements, document change requests in Jile, coordinate approvals for Product Design documents, and manage incidents and requests within SLA. I also support BOT migration from Automation Anywhere Version 11 to Automation Anywhere 360 through testing, issue tracking, and coordination.

Previously, I supported Jaguar and Land Rover UK stakeholders with requirements, Product Design Documents, Agile delivery, JIRA tracking, demonstrations, SIT approvals, and test data. At Amazon, I maintained weekly quality scores above 94% while improving delivery-location and mapping data.

My earlier customer and technical support work for Google Project Fi and Motorola strengthened my troubleshooting and customer communication skills. I bring around 10 years of experience in business analysis, process automation, quality operations, application support, and team coordination.
